Family Child Care Provider

 

The Family Child C​are Provider Certificate provides students with an introduction in planning a quality in-home childcare business, including the requirements of obtaining a license as a family childcare provider and an understanding of National Association for Education of Young Children (NAEYC) standards. The knowledge and skills covered in this program will enable students to set up good business practices, design developmentally appropriate curriculum and professionalism. This certificate also serves as a gateway into other noncredit and credit programs.
