Enrolling in TUITION-FREE Classes is Easy! 

Step One: Apply to the College

If you’re already a student at one of these colleges, you can skip Steps One and Two. Otherwise, simply follow the link below and fill out the noncredit application for the college you'd like to take classes at. Here are the links: 



Step Two: Wait a Day or Two, Then Activate Your MyPortal Account

Waiting’s no fun – but it only takes 1 to 2 business days to receive your official welcome email with your MyPortal login information. This email will contain your RCCD student ID number, which is needed to activate your MyPortal account. Follow the instructions in this email to get your student account up and running. 

 



Step Three: Register for Classes

This is done through the MyPortal/EduNav system. Here’s the link: MyPortal
